Who We Are
KSA Exterior Home Repair is a family owned and operated roofing and general construction company located in North Waterboro, Maine. Nick Fecteau started the company in 2020 after doing his own roof and realizing he really enjoyed the process. He began working as a subcontractor for other companies and quickly realized he could do this himself and went out on his own. Since starting the company we have expanded into several different facets of the construction industry.
Now he is showing his children, the companies’ namesakes, what hard work, patience and staying true to your values can do. As a company we pride ourselves in leading with integrity, we will never steer you the wrong way or push unnecessary repairs or products on you. We act professionally, we treat you and your property as if it was our own. We maintain the cleanest worksite possible; we clean up as we go and leave the property as clean or cleaner than before we arrived.
